A Brand with Staying Power for this Vacation Rental Management Company

For this PNW-based vacation property management company, we worked with the brand’s co-founders to build a brand that expresses the beauty and personality of Washington’s San Juan Islands. We started with naming, tagline, and then built the brand identity. We created a website that is professional but welcoming, and that helps the site viewer get a better sense of the type of services and experiences this business offers visitors and homeowners on Lummi Island. We made sure to identify the Swaen sisters’ unique brand story and weave that into all of their brand messaging so that their visitors will know they’re making a great decision when renting from listings provided by and/or hiring the Swaen sisters/their vendors. The website is now mobile-friendly and optimized to maximize search engine exposure, and it’s easy to navigate and search for or book a rental listing or hire an on-island service provider.
