We are troubled, deeply saddened, and angry by the myriad of injustices and continued violence in our country against Black, Indigenous, and people of color, or any individuals of other marginalized communities. 

We, the owners and co-founders of The Look & The Feel, denounce all forms of racism, violence, and hate speech as well as any actions that continue to oppress, attack, and harm people of color and individuals of other marginalized communities

We also want to extend our gratitude and appreciation to the activists, artists, organizers, and others who continue to show up and fight, write, create, debate, and shift the needle forward for a better, more just and caring world.

We too are committed to supporting a better, more just and equitable world. We support social justice, diversity, inclusion, and respect for others. We stand in solidarity with our colleagues and communities of color, and those affected by prejudice, discrimation, and violence. We strive to create a working environment that is compassionate, caring, and considerate for any and all who work with us. We believe that creative work like ours requires inclusion of diverse voices and minds. We will not be bystanders. We are listening, we are learning, and we will not tolerate racism and bigotry of any form. 

We will continue to make decisions based in compassion and love when it comes to how we choose to do our creative work. We are committed to working with brands that are equally committed in showing up for equity, community, and inclusion.
